About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant (Entry Level) to join our growing team in Chino, CA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, has strong communication skills, and is looking to start a career in customer service and business operations.

The Customer Service Assistant will support the customer service team by answering incoming calls, processing simple orders, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within a stable company.


Responsibilities
