The Customer Service Assistant will support the customer service team by answering incoming calls, processing simple orders, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer emails and provide basic product and order information
- Assist customers with order status updates and general questions
- Support the Customer Service team with daily administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding order fulfillment and shipping updates
- Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience
- Professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
