Job description

GENERAL PURPOSE

The Volunteer Library Aide supports library staff in the delivery of library services by assisting with various duties, as needed. Duties may include such things as assisting in maintaining library spaces and collections; assisting with the preparation for, running of, and clean-up after library events for all ages; or other general library support duties as needs are identified. Aides contribute to the creation and maintaining of a library environment that fosters a love of reading and learning in the community.
