At Lexus of Wesley Chapel, we are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our winning team (luxury sales experience/hospitality preferred but not required). Our team is dedicated to serving our community in a manner in which is easy for the customer to understand while creating a positive and growing culture for you. Auto Sales Requirements:

  • Self Starter Attitude
  • Be able to prioritize the guest experience above everything else
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn the Lexus line and brand
  • Willingness to learn how to be successful in our processes
  • Full shift Saturdays and some Sundays 

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Calling for and following up with potential customers through leads, referrals and community connections.
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with both potential and current customers
  • Create an understanding of how Lexus is important to those you are speaking with
  • Meet one on one with new and existing customers to deepen the relationship
  • You must be able to learn and execute our processes while growing and maintain business.
