In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying and growing new accounts within the Legislative Branch.   • 6+ years of field-based technology sales experience, with a focus on the Legislative Branch and its sub agencies- House of Representatives, Senate, GAO, LOC, GPO, AOC, USCP, CBO.
  • In-depth understanding of Federal Government contracting, and relationships within the Federal industry, particularly Civilian agencies.
  • Existing client relationships that you are willing to engage in conversations to compete for their business.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and persuade prospects at various levels of an organization.
  • High proficiency in cold calling and crafting personalized messaging to initiate meaningful conversations that showcase Paragon Micro’s solution capabilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in solution-based selling and consultative sales approaches to address complex customer needs effectively.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
