Full-Time Remote Client Support Specialist (Legal Services)
Job Type: Full-Time (Various Shifts) l Pay: $16/hr l Location: Remote (Texas Residents Only)
About the Role
At Alert Communications, we provide around-the-clock live answering and intake solutions tailored specifically for the legal sector. Our team manages incoming leads, client onboarding, and ongoing support for law practices nationwide.
We are seeking Client Support Specialists to serve as the premier point of contact for individuals reaching out to our partner law firms. In this position, you will evaluate and qualify incoming inquiries, deliver compassionate customer care, and ensure a smooth, professional onboarding process from the very first call.
Key Requirements
  • Location: Remote but must reside in Texas.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, confident phone presence to guide callers professionally and compassionately.
  • Availability: Must be able to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and holidays.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call centers, sales, or hospitality (legal industry experience preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency using computers and managing multiple screens/systems simultaneously.
  • Typing Speed: Minimum of 35 WPM.
  • Performance: Maintain high productivity, accuracy, and reliability standards.
  • Being Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus!

Tech and Internet Requirements
This is a remote position that requires a dedicated home workspace:
  • Internet Connection: High-speed Fiber or Cable internet only (no satellite, DSL, or WiFi)
  • Speed: Minimum 15 mbps upload/5 mbps download
