Job Description Lateral Legal Recruiting Coordinator Costa Mesa / Orange County | Hybrid Opportunity Friedman Williams is partnering with an AmLaw 100 client's Orange County office, hiring for a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to assist with the lateral attorney hiring function within the firm. The role will work closely with the team's Recruiting Manager and is responsible for screening resumes, coordinating interviews, search firm communication and onboarding new attorneys, among other duties. This is a great opportunity for anyone coming from a legal recruiting function looking to advance their career.

What You'll Do: Assist with all phases of attorney hiring and recruiting process Schedule candidate interview with attorneys Liaise with all aspects of recruiting process with firm management Manage the on-site logistics for candidates and new hires, including onboarding and background checks Track and communicate candidate progress What We're Looking For: 3+ years of legal recruiting experience, preferably within a law firm or a professional services industry Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong technical skills including experience with Microsoft Office College degree
