As a leasing manager, your responsibilities include on-site or remote property management, coordinating a team of leasing agents, filling vacant properties with qualified tenants, and overseeing administrative duties in a real estate or leasing office. Your duties can include supervising an in-house team of agents, developing strategies for promotion of real estate, and screening tenant applications.
