What is the opportunity?

The Transformation teams within TEO enable horizontal collaboration and are critical in driving the strategic initiatives for both the operations teams and across T&O.Our mission is to harness the power of AI capabilities, data insights and process re-engineering to transform and empower businesses, drive innovation, optimize operations, and enhance decision-making.Success is enabling businesses in achieving superior business performance and the development of an industry leading AI-Enabled operations to help drive scalable and meaningful outcomes aligned to our strategy and move TEO towards its future state goals.

As a Senior Project Manager within the TEO Transformation Office, you will be responsible for managing the end-end execution of transformation projects across TEO. You will play a key role in supporting the projects portfolio across TEO and driving the culture and behaviors needed to succeed with a client centric approach. This role involves collaborating across cross functional teams and supporting functions. The role will work closely with the leadership and executive sponsors to ensure success of these strategic projects across the bank.

What will you do?

  • Track overall strategy and value delivery for transformation and Reimagine programs. Work with operations, enterprise and TEO leadership and advising, shaping, or structuring programs that drive bottom line impact.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Finance, Risk and Compliance, Procurement and other key stakeholders to implement streamlined and optimized processes to obtain required approvals for delivering AI, automation and digitization solutions.
  • Manage integrated schedule across delivery teams to ensure appropriate planning and smooth execution
  • Lead storytelling in executive leadership forums with presentations, status updates, business cases and communications to provide visibility and drive decision-making.
  • Appropriately escalate issues to the leadershipto accelerate delivery
  • Work in a consultative manner with delivery groups, challenging teams where appropriate and supporting them in navigating enterprise processes and removing any potential roadblocks
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to support program execution

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • 5+ years of experience in in strategy, transformation, consulting, or financial services leadership
  • Understanding automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies.
  • Highly proficient in project scheduling and risk-based planning, scope change management, budgeting and project costs management, relationship management, resource leveling, risk management, conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively deliver an impactful story that resonates and engages key stakeholders at all levels; excellent data visualization skills
  • Excellent executive presence, with the ability to effectively communicate project / portfolio health and financial performance to senior leaders, surfacing risks/issues that require leadership attention / support to mitigate
  • Advanced skills in standard project management tools: MIS, Planview SaaS, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Expertise in Agile delivery mechanics, including roadmap planning, milestone management, critical path tracking, product and sprint backlog governance, and release performance monitoring.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, high-visibility initiatives involving third-party vendors and major technology dependencies, while maintaining strong control over quality, timeline, and integration outcomes.
  • Strong command of SDLC, Agile ceremonies, risk and change management practices, and executive-level communication, with the ability to influence decisions and lead cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
