Job description

  • Lead, coordinate, and accelerate delivery of AI/ML and secure cloud concepts and solutions across key IC programs
  • Serve as the primary programmatic liaison and task manager for external program teams
  • Collect incoming program requests, manage intermixed timelines, and coordinate deliverables for execution and business growth
  • Build stakeholder relationships to understand deliverables, timelines, and technical expectations
  • Gather, organize, and prioritize task requests into a cohesive team backlog
  • Coordinate schedules and establish realistic milestones
  • Drive RMF and ATO processes to transition AI/ML prototypes into operational high-side environments
  • Compile accreditation documentation, including System Security Plans
  • Interface with Government Security Officers (ISSOs/ISSMs) and translate technical features into compliance solutions
  • Coordinate with Corporate IT, facilities, and security groups to establish, upgrade, and maintain secure workspaces, labs, and closed areas
  • Assist developers in testing, refining, and documenting experimental code and models
  • Collaborate with the AI/ML Developer to architect, research, and design rapid, high-fidelity proof-of-concept demos
Requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 14 years of experience, or masterโ€™s degree with 12 years of experience
  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating tasks, managing backlogs, or acting as a liaison between teams in a technical setting
  • Basic understanding or working familiarity with secure systems, security plans, or the accreditation process (RMF/ATO) in government environments
  • Practical experience writing basic Python code and supporting architecture/whiteboard solutions for complex problems
  • Preferred: Experience deploying systems in secure, multi-tenant cloud environments (AWS C2S / SC2S, Azure Government) or air-gapped networks
  • Preferred: Familiarity with IC missions
