About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Manager to coordinate and support the successful delivery of technology-related projects across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT team members, and vendors to ensure projects stay on track, risks are communicated, and deliverables are completed on time.
Reporting to the Director of Project Management, this individual will play a key role in coordinating work across teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards for quality and communication. Success in this role comes from strong project management, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to effectively partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the planning and implementation of assigned IT initiatives using established project management methodologies
  • Coordinate the resolution of operational system issues by partnering with developers, supporting testing efforts, and facilitating deployment through established change management processes
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on project progress and ensure satisfaction with the quality and timeliness of deliverables
  • Coordinate project activities across business and technical teams to support successful implementation of system updates and technology initiatives
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to align project tasks and support successful project delivery
  • Support tracking and coordination of issue management, contracts, budgets, cross-charges, and monthly reporting
  • Contribute to process implementation and continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For
  • BA/BS in business administration, project management, information systems, or a related field preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in project management, preferably supporting technology initiatives
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project tasks and timelines
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience supporting issue tracking, reporting, and operational processes
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work under deadlines
  • Experience using project management and work-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Wrike, or similar platforms) preferred
