Job description

As a Learning Project Manager on the Learning Solutions Team, you will lead end-to-end learning initiatives that support workforce readiness, business outcomes, and client experience. You'll partner closely with Instructional Designers and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable learning solutions, ensuring strong execution from intake through delivery and measurement. This role requires strong project ownership, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a focus on delivering high-quality, data-informed results that drive impact across Personal Wealth.


Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end learning projects

  • Own the full lifecycle of learning initiatives from intake & analysis, through design, delivery, and measurement

  • Develop and manage project plans for 100% of assigned work, ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution excellence

  • Ensure learning solutions are tailored to the client needs and aligned to desired outcomes

Drive measurable impact

  • Deliver strong training effectiveness outcomes across all initiatives

  • Ensure all project work is connected to client experience and demonstrates impact

  • Leverage data and insights to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve solutions

Partner and influence across the business

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to translate business needs into learning strategies

  • Lead alignment conversations and influence decisions to drive the best outcomes for clients and crew

  • Communicate progress, risks, and results clearly to stakeholders and leadership

Anticipate and manage risk

  • Identify project risks early and proactively develop mitigation and contingency plans

  • Resolve or escalate risks quickly to maintain momentum and delivery timelines

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time or within a reasonable, agreed-upon timeline

Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and elevate outcomes

  • Participate in and lead initiatives aligned to L&D and Business Enablement goals

  • Contribute to building a scalable, modern learning ecosystem


Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree (or equivalent experience)

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in project management, operations, learning & development, or a related environment

  • Demonstrated experience leading projects end-to-end with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Proven ability to build partnerships and influence across teams

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey plans, risks, and outcomes

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure success and make recommendations

  • Ability to anticipate risks, solve problems proactively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in Learning & Development, training, or Business Enablement (preferred)

  • Familiarity with client experience metrics, performance measurement, or workforce readiness (preferred)

  • Exposure to modern learning tools, digital learning, or AI-enabled solutions (preferred)
