Job description

Are you motivated, entrepreneurial, and leadership-minded? New York Life is seeking driven individuals to join our Fast Track to Management Program in the Orlando Area, FL. This program offers an accelerated path to a management role within 12 months while building a strong foundation in financial services. Starting as a Financial Professional, you'll gain hands-on experience and build a client base with regional clients across Central Florida. Upon meeting performance milestones, you'll transition to an Associate Partner, leading and developing a team of 10+ agents through recruiting, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a client base by assisting individuals with insurance and financial planning
  • Achieve sales and licensing milestones required for promotion to management
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of Financial Professionals
  • Lead a team of 3 - 10+ agents to meet performance goals
  • Participate in structured mentorship and on-the-job training
  • Manage performance and foster business development within the team

Required Qualifications

  • MBA completion within the previous 24 months or prior management, business ownership, or high-volume sales experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • FINRA registrations (SIE, Series 6 or 7)
  • Sales experience, especially B2B or consultative
  • Financial planning, leadership, team management, recruitment, and coaching skills
  • Strong communication, goal orientation, and customer relationship management
