The Opportunity

The Marketing Manager will develop and deliver high impact marketing and customer centric programs to support the business priorities. This role will be strategic with an emphasis on enhancing the company’s overall brand perception with current and new customer base. The Marketing Manager will support the Sr. Marketing Manager in the development of corporate strategic initiatives.

The Role

  • Develop and implement annual fundraising strategies and campaigns.
  • Represent the organization at community and networking events.
  • Lead digital platform initiatives aligned with internal stakeholders, senior leaders, and customer objectives.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth, focusing on lead generation from target accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leaders, business development, key accounts, and other departments to create actionable marketing programs that drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Partner with sales to address challenges across geographies, businesses, and industries.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform and guide growth initiatives in line with company vision.
  • Plan and manage external marketing campaigns, supporting programs and initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets across digital and traditional channels to ensure alignment with measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive customer-centric focus across employees, partners, and marketing efforts.
  • Leverage CRM tools to run direct marketing campaigns and measure ROI.
  • Ensure brand consistency and integration across all marketing programs.

The Candidate

Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

Work Experience: 7-10 years in marketing with corporate or agency related experience

Demonstrated success crafting brand, positioning and corporate marketing strategy resulting in robust sales across multiple product lines

Interest in expanding internal and external community-based events and networks.

Proven record translating marketing and promotional objectives into results
