AI Learning & Development AdministratorAbout the Role

sWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Learning & Development Administrator to support a busy Learning & Development team during a period of significant content development and system activity. This role will focus primarily on maintaining learning content, supporting learning administration activities, updating documentation, and converting operational materials into learner-friendly resources. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about learning, technology, AI tools, and content management. A significant portion of this role involves leveraging AI tools to support documentation, content development, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert SOPs, process documentation, ERP materials, and operational procedures into learning guides, job aids, and learner resources.
  • Support learning content updates and maintenance activities.
  • Build and update content within Articulate Rise.
  • Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, learner enrollments, and training assignments.
  • Maintain learning content, training records, and documentation repositories.
  • Coordinate feedback from subject matter experts and update learning materials accordingly.
  • Support onboarding and operational training initiatives.
  • Assist with learner communications, scheduling, and training administration activities.
  • Maintain document libraries, version control, and content repositories.
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to learning and training programs.
  • Utilize Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to assist with content development, documentation management, and administrative processes while ensuring all outputs are reviewed and validated for accuracy.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Administration, Training Administration, Learning Administration, HR Administration, Documentation Management, or a related field)
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Internship experience in a corporate environment required.
  • Demonstrated experience performing administrative, documentation, or repetitive process-based work.
  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.
  • Ability to create effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
  • Strong attention to detail when validating content against source documentation.
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with SOPs, process documentation, ERP documentation, or business process documentation.
  • Experience supporting training programs, onboarding initiatives, or learning operations.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience using Articulate Rise.
  • Technical writing or documentation experience.
  • Experience supporting ERP or system implementation projects.
