Title: Learning Management Specialist
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 5 Month

Role Purpose
The Learning Management Specialist is responsible for the effective administration, optimisation, and support of the organisation's Learning Management System (LMS), ComplianceWire. This role ensures learning management system is accurately maintained, learners are supported, and compliance requirements are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
LMS Administration & Support
  • Manage day-to-day LMS operations (user accounts, permissions, roles).
  • Ensure accurate assignment of courses, curricula, and certifications.
  • Support content lifecycle management (uploads, version control, retirement).
  • Generate standard and custom reports on learning activity, compliance, and completion rates.
  • Act as primary point of contact for LMS users and stakeholders.
  • Resolve support queries and escalate when needed division org. ComplianceWire admins.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements (e.g., audit readiness).
  • Maintain accurate learner records and audit trails.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system integrity.

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with HR, L&D, Quality, and business teams to understand training needs.
  • Support the rollout of new learning initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Communicate system updates, changes, and best practices to relevant groups.

Experience & Qualifications
