Job Summary

The Learning Management System (LMS) and Effectiveness Analyst is responsible for the management, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's Learning Management System. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the LMS meets business needs, enhances user experience, and supports the organization's training and development goals. The LMS Analyst is also tasked with generating reports, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the system remains up-to-date with industry standards and technological advancements.

This role will also assist with the stand up of necessary tools, templates, resources for the Talent & Development Team and support with processing invoices, payments and expenses for our Vendor solutions

  • LMS Administration: Manage, configure, and maintain the Learning Management System to support training initiatives and enhance user engagement.

  • User Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to users, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate detailed reports and analytics to evaluate training effectiveness and inform decision-making processes.

  • Content Management: Upload, test, and maintain course materials, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and proper functioning.

  • System Configuration: Customize the LMS to align with business requirements, including creating user roles, permissions, and learning paths.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements, deliver training content, and improve learning delivery.

  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize the user experience and learning outcomes.

  • Compliance & Security: Ensure the LMS complies with applicable data protection and privacy standards.
