Purpose of Position The Manager, HR Information Systems (HRIS) leads the HRIS function by managing a team of analysts responsible for the administration, optimization and support of the organization's HR technology ecosystem. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure HR systems support changing business needs and objectives, deliver excellent employee experience, and maintain high standards of data integrity, process integrity, security and compliance. Tasks and Responsibilities Oversee the administration and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring system stability, usability, and alignment with business needs.

Provide governance for system configuration, testing, releases, and enhancements. Develop and maintain HRIS standards, documentation, and change management processes. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Payroll, IT, Finance, and operational leaders to identify technology solutions that improve HR processes.

Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. Ensure accurate and reliable HR data to support operational reporting and strategic decision-making. Maintain strong data integrity through audits, controls, and standardized processes.

Stay current on SAP SuccessFactors functionality and emerging HR technology trend sand connections to FlightSafety business goals. Develop and execute an HRIS roadmap aligned with organizational priorities. Build technical and functional expertise within the HRIS team.

Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum Experience 5+ years of progressive Human Capital Management (HCM) systems experience, experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred. 2+ years of team management experience.

Experience supporting a multi-site or geographically dispersed workforce, preferred. Experience in aviation, training, professional services or other highly regulated industries, preferred. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, reporting, and system governance.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, tailoring messages to diverse audiences, including team members, stakeholders, and senior leaders. Demonstrated ability to empower and develop teams by fostering critical thinking, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving to achieve organizational goals.
