Director of Team Develop (Grandview Location)

We are seeking a Director of Team Develop who will design, implement, and oversee a scalable development system that equips teammates with the skills, leadership capacity, and confidence to grow personally and multiply ministry impact.
Role Purpose
Develop the infrastructure for every teammate to have a clear, customized pathway for growth by developing the skills, leadership, and confidence family, ministry, finances and beyond.
This leader will oversee the strategy, rollout, and continuous improvement of a church-wide Learning Management System (LMS) integrated with HRIS and teammate profiles, ensuring structured and measurable development across diverse roles.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • 7+ years leadership experience in ministry, organizational development, HR, or learning systems.
  • Experience implementing or managing LMS platforms.
  • Strong project management and systems-thinking ability.
  • Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
  • Alignment with church vision, values, and DNA.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead LMS Strategy & Rollout: Identify, implement, and manage an integrated LMS platform; ensure seamless integration with teammate profiles; successfully launch and drive adoption across campuses; oversee system functionality and user experience.
  • Build & Oversee Learning Pathways: Develop structured growth tracks for teammates and leaders; design onboarding, leadership development, and role-specific pathways; align learning experiences with church values and DNA; continually refine curriculum and content.
  • Measure Engagement & Impact: Track participation, completion rates, and leadership progression; develop reporting dashboards and evaluation rhythms; provide data-driven insights to senior leadership; improve systems based on measurable outcomes.
  • Equip & Train Team Leaders: Train leaders to effectively develop and coach their teams; equip new team leaders for successful transitions; provide practical tools for leadership growth and multiplication.
