About the Job:

The Associate Manager, Global Learning & Development is an integral member of Yum!โ€™s Global Learning & Development Center of Excellence, responsible for helping translate enterprise learning strategy into an exceptional experience for employees and leaders across assigned brands and markets. In this this role you will serve as a trusted L&D partner to People & Culture and business leaders, connecting business and talent needs to the right development solutions while independently leading defined learning programs and improving how those experiences are delivered. As the Associate Manager will bring strong execution, sound judgment, and a consultative mindset to a fast-moving, global environment.

You will be required to attend the Irvine, CA office three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday)

Salary Range:

$109,400-$128,600 + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidateโ€™s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
