What you will do:
As an Assistant Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving real estate development projects forward. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting projects through feasibility, planning, design, entitlement, construction, and close‑out.
  • Tracking schedules, milestones, deliverables, and proactively flagging risks or delays.
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, and public agencies.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, action items, decision memos, and internal approval materials.
  • Assisting with project budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, invoices, and financial reviews.
