Job Description

As the Senior Manager of Learning & Development, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our organization's learning initiatives. You will work closely with leadership and various departments to identify training needs, develop curricula, and execute programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our team members. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of adult learning principles and a passion for driving team member development.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Auberge Promises & Practices and Stanly Ranch goals for team member engagement and NPS.

  • Liaise with key Auberge Collection leaders to ensure that the local resort is aligned with brand expectations for L&D.

  • Collaborate with operational leaders to identify training needs and develop a customized approach to meet specific objectives.

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for team members at all levels.

  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of training programs, making continuous improvements and recommending adjustments within the operation as appropriate.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development for team members & leaders at all levels.

  • Oversee compliance programming to ensure adequate resources are in place and properly utilized to adhere to all legal requirements for federal, state & local training.

The starting rate for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 per year. This is the pay rate for this position that Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in learning and development, with a track record of designing and implementing successful programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality preferred
