Job description

SUMMARY: 
 
The Marketing Coordinator supports the Brand Marketing team in the execution of the annual strategic brand plan.  This position works with the International division within the Jackson Family Wines portfolio.  The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for process and project management within the Brand Marketing team and its’ business partners, to ensure deadlines are met.  The Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative and financial support to the Brand Marketing team.
 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
  • Partner with brand leadership to manage project timelines and traffic execution, coordinated with relevant departments, agencies and vendors
  • Support development of new marketing campaigns and collateral
  • Track marketing budget, including invoice coding, auditing, routing, and balancing
  • Create reports; i.e. Business Objects, IRI, and consolidate information for Brand Marketing team
  • Generate, manage, and fulfill point of sale (POS) materials
  • Generate Purchase Orders for marketing materials
  • Track and report on wine inventory levels; order and ship wine samples
  • Coordinate and execute events, including set-up and wine pouring, organize VIP trade visits, incentive trips, and education trips; develop and manage travel itineraries for winemakers and managers
  • Support packaging update process with all relevant departments
  • Communicate brand positioning, key selling points, and new initiatives to various cross functional partners (Sales, DTC, International)
  • Track and report on wine inventory levels
  • Assist with brand photoshoots and filming
  • Manage digital asset database
  • Assist with scheduling various meetings, generating agendas and capturing minutes
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • 2+ years relevant work experience in a marketing related position
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects through complete life cycle
  • Proficiency in common programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
WAGE TRANSPARENCY: 
The annual salary for this role ranges from $71,000 - $80,000. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
