  • Field & organizational change management experience
  • Skill in training needs & job-task analysis
  • Multi-state compliance training design & tracking
  • Guest-experience training, luxury or hospitality a big plus
  • eLearning tools: Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate
  • Familiarity with AI & emerging learning technologies
