Delivery Transformation plays a crucial role in bolstering the success of Technology & Transformation (T&T) as well as other Deloitte businesses. You are someone with these required skills, experience & qualifications:

•  A minimum of three years of experience in professional services, preferably in developing and delivering learning programs.
•  A creative and design-oriented approach, with skills in developing visually compelling materials across various formats.
•  Knowledge of emerging technologies, including GenAI and Agentic AI, to enhance learning design and processes.
•  Initiative and self-direction, capable of driving projects with guidance.
•  Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving environments, managing shifting priorities effectively.
•  Strong problem-solving skills, connecting information to develop practical solutions.
•  Experience in program or project coordination, including timelines and stakeholder communications.
•  Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional in-office requirements for key events.

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:


•  Knowledge of adult learning, learning design, or enablement (formal or on-the-job).
•  Comfortable using data to track progress, assess effectiveness, and drive improvement.
•  Interest in transformation and change; focus on how people capabilities drive outcomes.
•  Familiarity with change management and how learning, communications, and adoption enable success.
•  Bilingual in French and English.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000 for Consultant and $69,000 - $114,000 for Senior Consultant, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
