Chick-fil-A Perry is seeking a driven, entrepreneurially-minded individual to join theEnrich Development Program (EDP)- a structured, two-year leadership development experience designed to rapidly elevate you from contributor to business leader. This is a hand-selected program with limited seats, built for someone who is hungry for real responsibility, craves mentorship, and is serious about launching a meaningful career. You won't be sitting in a classroom. You won't be watching from the sidelines. From day one, you will be learning the business from the ground up. Then leading it.


What You'll Actually Be Doing


The EDP is structured around four core leadership tracks that build progressively over two years:


Lead Yourself- Master personal effectiveness, emotional intelligence, strength-based leadership, and professional discipline. The best leaders lead themselves first.


Lead With Others- Build and lead a team. Set shared goals, establish culture, solve problems collaboratively, and grow real trust within a high-performing organization.


Lead Others- Develop people. Conduct one-on-ones, facilitate meetings, coach and train team members, and learn what it means to multiply your impact through others.


Lead the Business- Own real results. Set key business goals, manage operational systems and processes, contribute to HR, marketing, and recruiting strategy, and understand the financials that drive a successful enterprise.

  • Direct mentorship from the Owner/Operator- Regular 45-60 minute coaching sessions, one-on-one, outside the restaurant. This is rare access.

  • Bi-Monthly one-on-ones- Personalized training focused on operations, management, and leadership development.
  • Offsite leadership meetings- Strategic discussions with the Director team to align, decide, and grow the business together.
  • Quarterly life planning sessions- A unique investment in your whole person, not just your job performance.
  • Digital literacy and financial training- P&L management, labor and food cost leadership, sales forecasting, AI and automation tools, CRM marketing, and more.


The growth model is 70% on-the-job experience and 30% coached instruction - the same ratio professionals use to develop world-class skills.
