How you'll make an impact

  • You will support production process development and improvement also optimize alignment between product design and manufacturing processes.

  • You will assist in preparing and maintaining process documentation (SOP, FMEA, etc.).

  • You will participate in issue analysis and improvement during prototype and pilot production also analyze data to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production, etc.) and support jig/fixture and process design using CAD tools.

  • You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • You hold a bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.) major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

  • Experience with 3D CAD tools (AutoCAD, Creo, etc.), internship or project experience in manufacturing or process development.

  • Experience in data analysis or problem-solving (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) and basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking. process improvement mindset with good collaboration and communication skills and responsibility and execution.

  • Strong motivation and proactive attitude with good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Proficient in both Korean and English communication.
