What You'll do:
• Recruit and hire office/professional employees.
• Lead onboarding and new hire integration.
• Coordinate retention initiatives for office employees and PCAs.
• Develop In-Service Trainings and Micro Learning.
• Partner with leaders on engagement and culture.
• Analyze recruiting and retention metrics.
• Lead recognition and career development initiatives
