Job description

Make an impact

As the Property Accountant is responsible for journal entries, bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, accounts receivable anddaily and monthly cash disbursements and receipts.

  • Reconcile Accounts Receivable, security deposits and rentroll to financial statements for all properties.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports preparemonthly journal entries, financial statement preparation and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with annual budget preparation compiling key assumptions and capital budget information.
  • Analyze general ledger accounts and review ledger accuracy.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable function
  • Manage cash functions effectively.
  • Research and respond to inquiries from Property Managers concerning tenant statements.

    • Two (2) weeks of paid parental leave as a secondary caregiver

  • Following two (2) years of employment, eligible primary caregivers may receive up to twelve (12) weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement

Learning & Development

  • Tuition Reimbursement of up to $5,000 per year for preapproved education expenses

    • Repayment obligations may apply if employment ends prior to 24 months
