Business Development Director - Behavioral Health (Eating Disorders)
Center for Change
Center for Change, a nationally recognized leader in behavioral health specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Director to join our team. This pivotal role is designed for a proactive and strategic professional passionate about driving growth and expanding access to specialized eating disorder treatment services.
Position Overview
The Business Development Director will lead efforts to cultivate partnerships, enhance referral networks, and develop new business opportunities that support the mission of Center for Change. This role requires a deep understanding of behavioral health landscapes, especially eating disorder treatment programs, coupled with a strong business acumen and interpersonal skills to engage with healthcare providers, community organizations, and payers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans focused on the expansion of eating disorder treatment services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, advocacy groups, and community partners.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to position Center for Change as a premier provider in the behavioral health and eating disorder treatment space.
  • Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and operational leadership to align business development initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Lead contract negotiations and partnership agreements to grow referral sources and payer relationships.
  • Represent Center for Change at industry conferences, health fairs, and community events to increase brand awareness and influence.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to senior leadership on business development progress.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000
