What you will accomplish with us

As a Consultant - Dealer Services, you will be at the core of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing action plans aimed at improving dealership performance, based on their needs, objectives, and the P.A.C.T.E./Lean methodology

  • Advising and supporting dealerships and their teams (sales, finance, and management) to optimize operations, financial results, and business practices

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term business relationships with dealerships by delivering personalized, high-quality advisory services

  • Training, coaching, and supporting Finance Managers in developing their skills, ensuring compliance, and achieving performance objectives

  • Monitoring activities, results, and performance indicators using corporate tools (e.g., Salesforce, Unifie 2.0)
