What you will do
As a senior consultant in our ServiceNow IRM/Risk practice, you will learn from the best in the industry and develop your personal skills by: 
  • Working with clients to assess current processes and tools, define ServiceNow requirements, and develop and configure the ServiceNow platform;
  • Conducting and participating in studies, as well as positioning, feasibility, and detailed design phases, and making appropriate technology recommendations;
  • Deploying ServiceNow, including managing system configurations, gathering and documenting user and process requirements, developing workflow customizations, and performing quality assurance and user acceptance testing;
  • Coordinate operational activities required to ensure the quality, performance, reliability, availability, and continuous improvement of technology systems and solutions;
  • Establish long-term business relationships with client staff and senior management through engagements and networks in professional organizations;
  • Taking responsibility for client deliverables by leading engagements and teams to successful outcomes, focusing on supporting your team, client needs, and value creation;
  • Developing your technical and analytical expertise by delivering high-quality results on time and proactively identifying and resolving project issues;
  • Working with KPMG senior leaders to understand, improve, and integrate service offerings across operations;
  • Reviewing and approving detailed quality and testing strategies for targeted application teams;
  • Developing or performing technical review of test cases and scripts;
  • Participating in quality review meetings;
  • Rigorously execute the tests (manual and automated) assigned to them;
  • Follow up on test results with the application teams involved;
  • Collaborate on project anomaly management;
  • Analyze risks. Write various reports, propose solutions, make recommendations, and provide consulting support in implementing these recommendations;
  • Prepare and recommend action plans likely to facilitate the correction of situations encountered, in accordance with generally accepted guidelines and rules.
 
 

What you bring to the role
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role ;
  • Experience with agile development projects ;
  • Ability to identify and apply software development best practices ;
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow ;
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA) ;
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited college or equivalent work experience. A master's degree in information systems, an MBA, or other is an asset ;
  • Impeccable attention to detail, superior communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to communicate with customer stakeholders, work closely in a collaborative team environment, and lead teams and project deliverables is mandatory ;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop workshop presentations and process documentation (advanced skills in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word).

The selected candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and simplify complex technical concepts for a diverse range of stakeholders. They must be able to do so in both English and French, as part of our clientele is located in English-speaking regions of Canada, such as Ontario.
