Position Overview

As a Learning Coordinator, you will support the development and delivery of technical training programs that help customers successfully adopt and use our products. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, learning, and customer success. You'll work closely with experienced trainers, instructional designers, and product experts to create engaging learning experiences that drive customer satisfaction and product adoption.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in delivering instructor-led and virtual training sessions for customers.

  • Support trainers during live sessions by managing logistics, answering questions, and providing follow-up resources.

  • Monitor learner engagement and provide feedback to improve delivery quality.

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of training materials, including presentations, user guides, videos, and e-learning modules.

  • Help update content to reflect product changes and customer feedback.

  • Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure content aligns with learning objectives and brand standards.

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to training programs, schedules, and access.

  • Gather feedback from learners and help analyze training effectiveness.

  • Support onboarding and enablement programs for new customers.

  • Assist in managing the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, user enrollment, and reporting.

  • Help coordinate training logistics such as scheduling, registration, and communications.

  • Maintain accurate records of training participation and completion.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of training materials such as handbooks, visual aids, tutorials, and reference guides.

  • Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational needs.

What You'll Bring to Zelis:

  • 2-3 years training experience desired with healthcare payments experience a plus.

  • Attend company training and local meetings in field

  • Exposure using AI tools with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents.

  • Familiarity with eLearning tools and LMS platforms (e.g., Articulate Rise 360, Synthesia, Adobe Captivate, Workday) preferred.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

  • Bachelor's degree helpful.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interest in adult learning principles and instructional design.

  • Exposure to customer service or healthcare/fintech environments is a plus.

  • Comfortable presenting and facilitating small group sessions.

Location and Workplace Flexibility

All employee work locations are based on the needs of the position and are determined by the Leadership team. In-office work and activities vary based on work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.


While location expectations vary by role, candidates within approximately 50 miles of a U.S. office are generally preferred to support collaboration when needed. Our hybrid approach is flexible, and in-office presence is guided by team and business needs rather than a fixed weekly schedule.
