Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for evaluating, coordinating, and executing transactions that expand Resolve’s platform and geographic footprint.
The Corporate Development Manager will work to help identify opportunities, manage pipeline activity, support transaction processes, and prepare materials for executive decision-making.
The Manager will interact regularly with senior leadership, physician partners, external advisors, and the Board of Directors, and will play a central role in shaping the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Development Strategy
  • Support the CEO and leadership team in executing Resolve’s inorganic growth strategy across acquisitions, partnerships, and de novo expansion.
  • Maintain and update the M&A pipeline, including target status, outreach activity, next steps, and internal follow-up items.
  • Track opportunity flow and prepare recurring pipeline summaries for leadership review.
Deal Sourcing & Relationship Development
  • Execute outbound outreach to physician owners, independent practices, referral sources, and intermediaries in priority markets.
  • Help build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, including founders, brokers, and advisors, to support proprietary and intermediary-driven deal flow.
  • Organize follow-up activity and maintain accurate records within CRM and related tracking tools
Transaction Execution
  • Support the transaction process from initial screening through closing by coordinating meetings, materials, requests, and workstreams.
  • Prepare preliminary summaries, diligence lists, internal trackers, and transaction status updates for leadership.
  • Help manage timelines and ensure accountability across cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
Financial Analysis & Modeling
  • Build and update financial models and underwriting templates for acquisitions, partnerships, and de novo opportunities.
  • Analyze practice financials, payer mix, productivity metrics, and operating performance to support opportunity assessment.
  • Summarize findings clearly for executive review and decision support.
Diligence & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate diligence activities across clinical, operational, legal, compliance, and financial teams.
  • Maintain diligence checklists, organize data rooms, track open items, and escalate risks or delays as needed.
  • Support communication with outside counsel, consultants, accountants, and other advisors involved in active transactions.
Reporting and Documentation
  • Draft pipeline updates, executive summaries, and investment memo materials for review by the CEO and senior leadership.
  • Maintain organized templates, transaction materials, and process documentation to improve execution consistency over time.

Qualifications:
