A learning designer develops educational activities using a variety of online tools. The goal of this career is to help students acquire knowledge and skills as effectively as possible. As a learning designer, your duties may include creating eLearning experiences and course content that aid in retention, identifying students’ educational needs, conducting research, and documenting the results of each project.
