RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Content Designer/eLearning Developer - Public Sector in Armonk, NY.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Content Designer/eLearning Developer to support a large-scale public sector digital modernization initiative. This role will focus on developing accessible, engaging training and learning content for adult audiences across digital and instructor-led environments.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Curriculum Development, Education, Organizational Development, or Business; Additional qualifying experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis
* 3+ years of FTE experience designing, building, and deploying eLearning courses using real-time technology
* 2+ years of FTE experience within the last 7 years applying adult learning principles and concepts
* 2+ years of FTE experience within the last 7 years applying instructional theories and principles to online and instructor-led learning programs
* 2+ years of experience developing training materials for adult audiences, including eLearning content, storyboards, and user guides
* 2+ years of experience creating Section 508-accessible content compatible with screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, or similar tools
* 2+ years of experience with multimedia and web technologies, including MS Teams, webinar, or similar platforms
* 2+ years of experience with lesson and curriculum planning
* 2+ years of experience with eLearning authoring and educational technologies, such as Articulate 360, FlexClip, accessibility tools, or similar
* 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard, Cornerstone, Canvas, or similar
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
