    Pay Range: $40-$45/hr.

    Summary:
    The Instructional Designer will create and improve training materials for employees. This role works with business teams and subject matter experts to develop engaging learning content such as eLearning courses, training guides, presentations, job aids, and digital learning tools.
    Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop training materials and eLearning content.
    • Create instructor-led, virtual, and online learning programs.
    • Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information.
    • Update and maintain training content in LMS and SharePoint.
    • Manage projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
    • Ensure training materials follow company branding and accessibility standards.
    • Research new learning technologies and suggest improvements.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Experience with Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools.
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office Suite.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
    • Experience with LMS platforms preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
