We are seeking an experienced Training Developer II โ€“ Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions that support employee development and business objectives. This role focuses on creating instructor-led and eLearning training programs while collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to produce high-quality instructional content.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop instructor-led training, eLearning modules, job aids, participant guides, instructor guides, and assessments.
  • Partner with Learning & Development consultants, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and define project objectives.
  • Develop engaging digital learning experiences using approved eLearning authoring tools, with preference for Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise).
  • Conduct content reviews, quality assurance testing, and implement stakeholder feedback.
  • Upload, test, and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Create professional learning materials using standardized templates and instructional design best practices.
  • Record, edit, and integrate voice-over narration into digital learning content.
  • Manage multiple instructional design projects while tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain version control and ensure learning materials remain accurate, accessible, and up to date.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • 5โ€“10 years of instructional design and curriculum development experience.
  • Strong experience designing instructor-led and eLearning training.
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) preferred.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint, and voice-over narration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
  • Outstanding project management, organization, and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Instructional Design or Training.
  • Experience creating multimedia learning content.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and learner-centered design.
