Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and relevant certifications such as CPLP or SHRM-CP is highly valuable. • Craft engaging learning strategies that leverage a range of modalities: instructor-led training, virtual facilitation, self-paced digital learning, cohort-based programs, and on-the job experiences

  • Apply evidence-based instructional design principles (ADDIE, SAM, backward design, etc.) to ensure content is relevant, engaging, and measurable

  • Champion accessibility and inclusive design standards across all learning materials

Business Partnership & Needs Analysis

  • Partner closely with divisional leaders and people managers to conduct capability gap analyses and performance diagnostics

  • Facility discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and focus groups to surface learning needs and define program objectives

  • Translate identified capability gaps into specialized, tailored learning solutions aligned with business priorities and workforce development tools

  • Act as a trusted advisor on L&D best practices, consulting on the most effective approaches for each context

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across HR Partners/Managers, Talent Management, and organizational lead

Note: This list of responsibilities is inclusive; however, it is intended to be a guideline for activities.

What You'll Bring:
