Job Description

Specific responsibilities for the Sr. Organizational Change Management Consultant position include:  

  • Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technologies, and AI-enabled solutions, ensuring adoption and value realization from technology initiatives.  

  • Quickly become familiar with client business challenges, technologies, and AI use cases to understand the environment for change and act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders while leading enterprise change efforts.  

  • Build strong relationships with clients, including sponsors and other project stakeholders.  

  • Develop comprehensive, AI-informed change management strategies encompassing communication, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, learning, and measurement, with clear dependencies and success metrics defined.  

  • Design AI-supported data collection approaches (e.g., surveys, readiness assessments, sentiment analysis, adoption and usage metrics)defining measurement strategies, dependencies, and success criteria tied to change outcomes.  

  • Facilitate client interactions (e.g., stakeholder interviews, leadership meetings, design sessions, and workshops), incorporating AI-enabled insights, synthesized themes, and scenario analysis to accelerate decision-making and alignment.   

  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using AI-assisted techniques to develop evidence-based findings, insights, and recommendations that inform change strategies, risk mitigation, and leadership actions.  

  • Identify people, readiness, and adoption risks associated with business and changes, and develop proactive response strategies informed by risk modeling and trend analysis.  

  • Design and develop AI-enabled learning strategies utilizing appropriate mechanisms (e.g., simulations, self-paced learning, adaptive learning paths, assessments, and exams), ensuring alignment to adult learning principles and measurable learning outcomes.  

  • Lead adult learning activities, including Train-the-Trainer programs, while enabling instructors and leaders to effectively use learning tools and content.  

  • Interact and engage with Sponsors and Senior Leaders, translating AI-driven insights into clear change narratives, sponsorship actions, and leadership messaging. 

  • Facilitate role and organizational design by leveraging AI-supported workforce analysis, role clarity models, and dependency mapping to define optimal structures, roles, and capabilities required for future-state operations.  

  • Lead and mentor OCM team members, ensuring quality, consistency, and ethical use of AI-enabled tools in the development of change deliverables. 

Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience delivering enterprise-scale change management within large organizations. 

  • Demonstrated progression and growth within the OCM discipline through past career experiences. 

  • Proven ability to produce and own high quality deliverables that meet client needs, including strategic communications and training materials. 

  • Knowledge and application of PROSCI and other change management methodologies and tools. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication that is effective to all levels in an organization.
