Job Summary:
Acrisure is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. This role will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the enterprise learner experience across systems, communications, and engagement channels. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy to translate L&D strategy into scalable operational solutions, owning the intersection of the learner experience, learning technologies, and internal marketing. The Learning Operations Specialist establishes standards, drives adoption, and optimizes how learners discover, access, and engage with development opportunities across the enterprise. While serving as a key decision maker and advisor within L&D, this role will enable program effectiveness through thoughtful design of learner journeys, use data to drive insights, and have a continuous improvement mindset for operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Learner Experience
  • Own and continuously improve the enterprise learner experience across all touchpoints (LMS/LXP, SharePoint, communications, live/viral events)
  • Define and implement experience standards that ensure a consistent, intuitive, and scalable learner journey with a focus on user experience (UX)
  • Evaluate learner interactions and determine enhancements to usability, engagement, and accessibility - ensuring all engagement points and learning interactions are accessible to our diverse employee population
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex learner experience issues, making judgement-based decisions to resolve or redesign

Learner Communications Strategy
  • Design and govern the learner communication framework across the full program lifecycle (pre-, during, and post-learning)
  • Establish standards for messaging, timing, and cadence to drive readiness, participation, and sustainment
  • Partner with program owners to align communications with business outcomes and behavior change objectives
  • Ensure all communications reflect the Acrisure voice, clarity, and brand consistency

L&D Marketing & Engagement
  • Own the internal marketing strategy for L&D offerings, driving awareness, demand, and adoption, and perceived value of learning offerings
  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns (SharePoint, Teams, email, Viva Engage, events)
  • Translate program value into compelling learner-centric narratives tied to business impact
  • Build and manage a forward-looking content calendar aligned to enterprise priorities and program launches
  • Analyze campaign performance (engagement, conversion participation) and adjust strategy based on insights
  • Curate and amplify learner success stories and impact narratives to strengthen engagement and investment in L&D

Learning Technology & Platform Enablement
  • Own the learner-facing experience within LMS/LXP and SharePoint ecosystems
  • Design and maintain learning sites and digital journeys that enable self-service and program clarity
  • Oversee enrollment workflows, access provisioning, and platform configuration decisions
  • Partner with technical teams and vendors to resolve system issues and enhance functionality
  • Identify opportunities to better leverage technology to improve scale, automation, and user experience

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead operational design and process optimization across L&D workflows, tools, and execution models
  • Identify gaps and implement solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and quality
  • Establish and maintain standards, templates, and governance practices for consistent delivery
  • Balance speed, quality, and learner-centered design in all operational decisions

Data, Insights, & Decision Support
  • Own tracking and analysis of learner engagement, completion, and marketing effectiveness metrics
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for program and leadership decision-making
  • Monitor trends and proactively recommend experience, communication, and/or adoption improvements
  • Ensure data integrity and maintain audit-ready documentation and reporting standards

Cross-Functional Partnership & Influence
  • Serve as a consultative partner to L&D team and leadership
  • Influence program design through expertise in learner experience, communications, and engagement strategy
  • Align operational execution with enterprise priorities and business outcomes
  • Provide input into L&D operations strategy, prioritization, and roadmap planning

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to own and manage complex, cross-functional workstreams with minimal direction
  • Proven experience making independent decisions related to prioritization, process improvement, and issue resolution
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate concepts into scalable operational solutions

  • Familiarity with Work Management software (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Jira)

Education and Experience:
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
