Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Analyst to support business intelligence, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will be responsible for designing and maintaining dashboards, analyzing business performance, managing data integrations, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience with Power BI, SQL, Salesforce, and Microsoft technologies, along with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations. This position requires a highly analytical professional who can partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting capabilities, drive operational efficiencies, and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities of the Data Analyst:
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights across business functions.
  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to support reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities that support business decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Manage and support Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data integrity initiatives, and business analytics.
  • Integrate and consolidate data from Salesforce, Microsoft applications, ERP systems, and other business platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting environments and business systems.
  • Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes, dashboard logic, data definitions, and analytics standards.
  • Monitor reporting performance and recommend improvements to data architecture, processes, and visualization strategies.
  • Support data governance initiatives, reporting best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Operations, and executive leadership to deliver meaningful business insights.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and develop executive-level reports that support strategic planning and operational objectives.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of data warehouse, ETL, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and key performance indicators to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stay current on emerging trends and best practices related to Power BI, Salesforce analytics, SQL development, and business intelligence.
Required Qualifications of the Data Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.
  • Advanced experience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Strong hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases.
  • Required experience utilizing Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data management, and analytics capabilities.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and communicate actionable recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications of the Data Analyst:
  • Experience working within Microsoft technology environments, including Power BI, Excel, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
