Job description

Support Technical Service Operations (TSO) by delivering data-driven insights, scalable reporting solutions, and structured documentation of internal processes across warranty and aftersales programs. This role is responsible for building and maintaining Power BI reporting, executing complex queries in Snowflake and SAS, and supporting ad hoc analytics requests for internal stakeholders and external partners, while also developing and maintaining clear, standardized documentation of TSO data processes, reporting logic, and workflows to ensure consistency, transparency, and repeatability.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Execute complex queries using Snowflake and SAS
  • Perform data analysis on warranty, repair order, and dealer performance data
  • Support ad hoc analytics requests from internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Create and maintain documentation for data processes, reporting logic, and workflows
  • Translate analytical findings into clear business insights

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
  • Strong SQL experience (Snowflake preferred)
  • Experience with SAS
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
