General Description

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and analytical? Do you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with others? At igus, we’re hiring a Data Integrity Specialist to help keep our customer and supplier data accurate, reliable, and moving our business forward.

The Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and reliable customer and supplier data across company systems. This role supports account setup, data quality, business partner access, order releases, and EDI processes while working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and other teams.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain customer and supplier accounts in Infor LN and iSales.
  • Ensure business partner data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues and account-related concerns.
  • Manage business partner access, restrictions, and order releases.
  • Support EDI setup, workflows, connections, and file transmissions.
  • Maintain data quality standards and support data governance processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and processes.
  • Provide training and support on data governance practices as needed.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Team-oriented and comfortable working across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Infor LN, Salesforce, and VOIP systems preferred.
  • Experience with data management, ERP systems, or EDI is a plus.
