Pay Range: $97,646.64 to $146,469.96
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
As a Leadership Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by delivering high-impact leadership programs. You'll facilitate learning experiences, coach leaders through change, and manage projects that support strategic growth. This role is ideal for an experienced leadership practitioner who has successfully led teams, coached leaders, and partnered with business leaders to improve organizational performance. The successful candidate will have credibility built through meaningful leadership experience and demonstrated ability to develop managers and directors through coaching facilitation, and organizational development practices.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver leadership development programs aligned with company goals
- Facilitate sessions across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content relevance
- Manage logistics, scheduling, materials, and communications
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Provide one-on-one coaching to managers, directors, and emerging leaders to improve leadership effectiveness, business results, and team performance
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching to managers, directors, and emerging leaders to improve leadership effectiveness, business results, and team performance.
- Support change management initiatives through applied learning
- Stay current on leadership trends and adult learning principles
- Partner with business leaders to identify leadership capability gaps and recommend development strategies aligned with organizational priorities
- Interpret leadership assessment data and provide actionable coaching and development plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or related field (required)
- Graduate degree preferred
- Leadership Coaching Certification or equivalent (required)
- 5+ years leading people, teams, or business functions with accountability to employee development, performance management, talent decisions, and business outcomes.
- 3+ years of experience coaching leaders, facilitating leadership development programs, organizational development, talent development, or leadership consulting.
- Experience administering and interpreting leadership assessments (DiSC, EQ-i, Hogan or similar)
- Experience leading organizational change initiatives
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Project management and problem-solving abilities
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal savvy
- Ability to facilitate engaging learning experiences for senior leadership
- Strategic mindset with a passion for developing leaders
- Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
