Prestress Services Industries, LLC (PSI) is a leader in the manufacturing of prestressed concrete bridge beams and infrastructure components used in major transportation projects across the region. We are seeking motivated, career-driven graduates to join our B.R.I.D.G.E Leadership


Development Program—a fast-track pathway into operations and leadership within our organization.


If you’re a recent graduate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or a related field, and you’re looking for a hands-on role where you can make an immediate impact, this program is built for you.


About the B.R.I.D.G.E Program

B.R.I.D.G.E = Building Responsibility, Integrity, Development, Growth, and Excellence

This is a 12–18 month rotational leadership development program designed to provide real-world experience across core operational areas while preparing you for a long-term leadership career at PSI.

You won’t sit behind a desk—you’ll be immersed in:

  • Production operations
  • Quality control processes
  • Maintenance and equipment reliability
  • Yard and logistics operations
  • Safety and compliance


What You’ll Do

  • Rotate through multiple departments to gain a full understanding of plant operations
  • Work directly with Plant Managers, Supervisors, and Leadership Teams
  • Learn and apply industry-leading safety and quality standards
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities
  • Participate in quality inspections, pre-pour/post-pour processes, and audits
  • Identify and support process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Lead small teams and projects as you progress through the program
  • Complete a capstone project focused on real business impact

Upon successful completion, participants are placed into leadership roles such as:
