  • Make an Impact! The Leadership Development Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing an education and development curriculum that aligns with MLH's commitment to being a high-performing organization. This role has significant responsibility for developing standards and materials (based on needs analysis), organizing and delivering education to all levels in the organization, and focusing primarily on leadership and system initiatives that build capability and/or improve performance
  • Develop and Grow Your Career! Invest in furthering your education by seeking certifications or advanced degrees by taking advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year.
  • Get Involved! This position offers you the opportunity to collaborate with many different departments at a Main Line Health system level as well as with outside agencies and vendors. There are numerous committees and workgroups you can join and represent.

Education & Experience
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing system-wide training initiatives.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project or program management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of classroom facilitation experience, and the evaluation of education programs.
  • Demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and proven track record of implementing successful learning solutions.
  • Significant experience building relationships at multiple levels of the organization including employees, leadership, and external customers
  • Excellent research, communication, reporting, and presentation skills and experience required.
  • Experience with leadership skill diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with Federal/State/Local regulatory requirements relating to Human Resources.
