Skills: Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
3+ years experience working with developers facing platforms in a professional technical role
Technical writer, product manager, engineering, developer relations, solutions architect, or field/support engineering background
Good understanding of technical concepts like APIs and web applications. Experience with GraphQL, JSON and JavaScript - bonus
Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities in our content strategy, execute new initiatives, and then measure their success
Demonstrated strong technical writing skills (we'll ask for samples)
Technical project management skills and experience
Amazing interpersonal communication. You can build relationships quickly and find successful outcomes across teams
Working knowledge of current DevOps tools and practices
Experience with Git and working in "Docs-as-Code" authoring environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with identity and access management (IAM) solutions or related technologies
Knowledge of Auth0 products and services
