What Youll Do

We are seeking a detailed process-oriented Sr Payroll Analyst to join our P&C Global Services (P&C GS) organization, supporting the Bulgaria region. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between P&C GS, Payroll and Operations Delivery, ensuring seamless communication and process alignment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, data analysis capabilities, and excellent communication abilities to support business needs and drive strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements:

5 years of experience with Bulgaria Payroll start to end.
Good knowledge of labour laws in Bulgaria, social security regulations and tax filing requirements and annual reporting in the country / countries assigned
Technical aptitude ability to learn, troubleshoot and understand technical problems
Great interpersonal skills and high customer service orientation
Must be of high level of integrity and must have good judgment skills
Teamwork and communicate ability i.r.o vendors, supervisors, employees and management
A good working level and written and spoken English language skills
Excellent computer literacy especially proficient in excel and Microsoft Office Package
Trouble shooting abilities, strong quantitative, analytical and organizational skills, results oriented with a strong sense of urgency, proactive and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and lead special projects, managing and supporting processes remotely internally and externally with vendors
Ability to work on own initiative, research and analyses legislation when needed, discretion of when to reach out for support
Experience of managing Payrolls start to finish for various Pay frequencies, countries, and capacities
Understanding of HR, Finance and Operations processes impacting Payroll
Possess knowledge of payroll practices, policies and procedures
Flexible scheduling to meet processing demands, as required
Ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously, interact and support team members and colleagues and the ability to manage large work volumes, show flexibility and adapt easily to change

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties will be performed in matters specified below across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, in which the company has existing or future business.
Monitor the in-country processes related to administration impacting on payroll, payroll and timekeeping in order to align to the companys internal policies and legal requirements.
Manage the payroll processes and prepare all related reports (internally).
Participate in audits/consultations conducted by government institutions.
Advise employees, team leaders and managers in respect of matters impacting on labour legislation.
Advise human capital team in respect of more complicated matters impacting on employment law, employee tax law and other statutory bodies like social security in respect of administration or other matters that could impact employment.
Communicating Vendor communications and requirements to the rest of the business.
Responsible for the preparation of statistics/reports related to employees, required for internal purposes or to be submitted to external institutions or statutory bodies.
Train and share knowledge with other employees on the payroll team regarding administration of payroll and processes impacting payroll.
Administers employees sick leave and other leave of absence in the input sheets that go to the Vendor for processing.
Executes all tasks, assigned by the immediate manager in accordance with expectations and qualification.
Responsible for TTEC and any of its subsidiarys property entrusted to for performing of daily tasks.
Obliged to comply with the corporate ethics and company policies.
Obliged to work diligently to protect the company's integrity and any information that becomes known to you during your employment and daily working processes, including commercial information and any other information concerning the operation of the company.
Performs all other tasks, assigned by the immediate manager, in accordance with his/her qualifications.
Prescribes, to the level of its powers, corrective and preventive actions related to the optimization and improvement of the work on the campaigns he/she is responsible for.
Has the right to be introduced to his/her performance assessment, as well as to express opinion about the assessment (in general or about a certain criteria).
Is responsible for the Company property he/she works with.
Follows the established company ethics and politics for work with customers and employees.
Works conscientiously for preserving company secrets and all information brought to his/her knowledge during the work process, including trade information and any other information about the company's functioning.
