JANUS Research Group is seeking a Chief Integration Engineer at Buckley Space Force Base to support the Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution (FORGE) Lead Integration, Test, and Evaluation with 24/7 Operational Support (FLITE+) program. This role supports system design, engineering and integration, engineering services, information technology professional services, and continuous operational support, all focused on advancing methods that increase the speed and reliability with which the Government delivers software and hardware to operational environments.
The Chief Integration Engineer will:
  • Perform role as Chief Integration Engineer for Missile Warning Integration and Test.
  • Enterprise-level MW system integration leadership;
  • System-of-systems interface definition and control;
  • Integration planning and execution across ground, satellite, and C2 architectures;
  • Requirements decomposition and CONOPS development;
  • Verification and validation oversight;
  • Configuration and technical baseline management;
  • Digital engineering and MBSE application;
  • DevSecOps and cloud integration coordination;
  • Cross-program and external stakeholder interface management;
  • Integration risk identification and mitigation.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in engineering or related technical discipline and 17 years relevant systems integration experience;
  • Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary missile warning or space system integration efforts;
  • Experience integrating complex ground and satellite systems;
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition and technical governance processes;
  • Ability to operate in a TS/SCI classified environment.
