What does a lead integration engineer do?

A Lead Integration Engineer is responsible for overseeing the process of combining various systems, applications, or data sources within an organization to ensure they function together seamlessly. They design integration solutions, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and troubleshoot complex technical issues. In addition to hands-on technical work, they often lead a team of engineers, set integration standards, and ensure that projects meet business requirements and deadlines. Their role is crucial in achieving efficient data flow and interoperability across platforms.
