A Lead Integration Engineer is responsible for overseeing the process of combining various systems, applications, or data sources within an organization to ensure they function together seamlessly. They design integration solutions, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and troubleshoot complex technical issues. In addition to hands-on technical work, they often lead a team of engineers, set integration standards, and ensure that projects meet business requirements and deadlines. To thrive as a Lead Integration Engineer, you need deep expertise in systems integration, API design, software development, and a relevant degree in computer science or engineering.
