Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automation & ServiceNow Integration Engineer to join our Platform Operations team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise automation solutions that support infrastructure operations, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and service orchestration. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), ServiceNow integrations, API development, and automation engineering in large-scale enterprise environments.
Description:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
  • Build and support ServiceNow integrations, including automated Change Request (CR) creation, approvals, and workflow orchestration.
  • Develop API-based integrations between ServiceNow, MECM, vulnerability management platforms, Azure services, and other enterprise systems.
  • Create reusable automation playbooks, templates, and deployment pipelines.
  • Support approval-driven deployment processes and compliance automation initiatives.
  • Assist in modernizing legacy automation solutions and migrating existing workflows to AAP.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to improve efficiency through automation.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain automation workflows and integrations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Support automation monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure automation and systems integration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
  • Advanced PowerShell and/or Python scripting skills.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow using APIs, workflows, and automation frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise orchestration solutions.
  • Familiarity with Windows infrastructure, enterprise patch management, and operational processes.
  • Experience building scalable and reusable automation frameworks.
  • Preferred certifications: Red Hat Ansible Certifications, ServiceNow Certifications, Microsoft Certifications and ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Bachelor's Degree
