Overview

SPAR is looking for an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing initiatives that generate demand, strengthen our brand, and support business growth.

In this role, you'll develop integrated marketing campaigns, manage corporate social media, oversee CRM marketing operations, create compelling content, support lead generation, and partner closely with Sales and Business Development to engage retailers, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies, and other strategic clients.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns that generate leads and support revenue growth.
  • Manage outbound marketing through email, LinkedIn, social media, CRM campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Own marketing operations, including CRM campaigns, audience segmentation, workflows, dashboards, and campaign reporting.
  • Manage SPAR's corporate social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Create compelling marketing content, presentations, sales collateral, case studies, and executive communications.
  • Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials, presentations, website content, and digital assets.
  • Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and lead capture initiatives.
  • Support business development through lead generation, prospect targeting, and sales enablement materials.
  • Coordinate trade shows, corporate events, promotional materials, and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize engagement, lead generation, and conversion results.
Top Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years (Manager) or 7+ years (Senior Manager) of experience in B2B Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, or Corporate Communications.
  • Proven experience developing and executing outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, email marketing, marketing automation, workflows, and campaign reporting.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn and corporate social media platforms.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Experience creating marketing content using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Business Development, and Executive Leadership.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Experience in Retail Services, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Merchandising, Field Services, or B2B industries preferred.
